CLINICAL NEUROPHYSIOLOGIST SPECIALIZING IN INTRAOPERATIVE MONITORING
I received a Master's degree in Medicine from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and I completed my residency in Clinical Neurophysiology at the Hospital Clínico San Carlos. This specialty fascinated me because it permits functional and objective diagnoses of pathologies of the nervous system, and when I learned in depth about Intraoperative Monitoring, I knew that this would be my path: to help the surgical team by making functional diagnoses in real time in order to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. That is why I took a further two years of training with a fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
Throughout my clinical practice in neurophysiology I have maintained a commitment to learning, to great teamwork skills, and to hold the highest level of ethics.
It is a pleasure and a privilege to continue growing professionally as a member of the Instituto Clavel team.
